Who I am

ATZ Lifestyle & Coaching ("ATZ") is run by me, Alex Zenda. I provide online fitness coaching and self-paced training programs. Contact: alex.zenda@atz-coaching.com, Brighton, United Kingdom.

What I collect

• Purchase data - name, email address, and billing country when you buy a program. Payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc.; I never see or store your card details.
• Application data - the details you submit through my coaching application form (name, email, goals, training background, and similar), stored in HubSpot, my client management system. If you tell me about injuries or health conditions in the form, that is health information: I only collect it with your explicit consent (the checkbox on the form), and I use it solely to assess whether and how I can coach you safely.
• Enquiry data - anything you send me by email or Instagram when applying for coaching.
• Coaching data - if you become a 1:1 client: training logs, body metrics, and health information you choose to share, used solely to deliver your coaching.

How I use it

To deliver purchased programs, provide coaching services, respond to enquiries, and send service emails (such as download links). I do not sell your data or send marketing emails without your consent.

Third parties

Gumroad (payments and file delivery), Google (Google Sheets program delivery), HubSpot (application form and client records, hosted in the EU), and my email provider. Each processes data under their own privacy policies.

Retention and your rights

I keep purchase records as required for tax purposes and coaching data for the duration of our work together. Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing me.
