Because programs are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded or the Google Sheet has been shared.
That said - if you bought the wrong program for your experience level or schedule, email me within 14 days and I'll swap it for a more suitable one, free of charge. If a file is faulty or you never received your download, I'll fix it or refund you in full.
Coaching is billed monthly in advance and follows the terms agreed during your consultation and screening at sign-up. You can cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Once a coaching month has begun, that month's fee is non-refundable - your programming, check-ins, and support for the month are committed from day one. If exceptional circumstances mean you have to stop entirely, get in touch: unused full weeks may be refunded at my discretion as a goodwill gesture. Missed check-ins or unused support time don't carry over and don't qualify for refunds.
