Built different. The hard way.
I didn't get into coaching because it looked good on Instagram. I got into it because I know what it's like to lose everything you built - physically, mentally - and have to start from scratch.
Torn ACL. Torn meniscus. Multiple setbacks. Years of being an athlete, falling off, rebuilding, falling again. I studied architecture at uni - and it turned out that design-first, systematic thinking was exactly what programming needed. But training was always the thing that made sense.
So I chose it properly. I coach because I understand that the physical stuff is hard enough - but the mental side of coming back, of staying the course when nothing seems to be moving, that's the real work. That's what I'm here for.
